Most insurance billed directly.
You pay the part your plan does not cover, and you know that figure before anything begins.

Dental care is not covered by OHIP, and Ontario has no public fee list for patients. So there is no figure to look up before you come in — we write yours down instead.
Three situations.
- 01
You have a plan
We send the claim from the office. You pay only the portion your plan does not cover, and you are told that figure before treatment starts.
- 02
You do not
You get the whole cost in writing first. Take it home and think about it. Work can be spread over months where that makes it possible.
- 03
Something is found mid-treatment
We stop, put the X-ray where you can see it, and give you a new figure. Nothing is added while you are in the chair.
Canadian Dental Care Plan: mention it when you book and the office will tell you where you stand before your appointment.
